Pop-Link Mounting Systems
P/N CEPL-1 - Camera Enclosure 1
- IP69K rated temperatures up to 176°F (80°C).
- IP69K rated pressures up to 1,450psi (100 Bar).
- Total system weight of 14lbs (6.3kg).
- Machined from 6061 T6 solid billet aluminum.
- Stainless steel fasteners
- Engineered with a laminated glass lens.
- Anodize Type II
- Lens and enclosure top utilizes two (2) silicone high heat O-rings rated between temperatures of -60°F (-51.1°C) and 400°F (204.5°C) and max pressure of 1,500 psi (103.4 Bar).
- Scanner mounting bracket utilizes two (2) buna O-ring sealing screws rated between temperatures of -40°F (-40°C) and 225°F (107°C) and max pressure of 1,500 psi (103.4 Bar).
- Cable is sealed using JB Weld High Heat Epoxy rated to temperatures between 0°F (-17.7°C) and 550°F (287.8°C) and max pressure of 4,730 psi (326.1 Bar).
- The enclosure is equipped with three (3) ports which may be utilized by the customer for internal cooling purposes.
- Stainless steel mounting hardware for the HDPL-BALLBASE and compatible Keyence Scanners included.
- All statements accurate, when enclosure is assembled as directed.

The SCANNER EnclosureS
- With an IP68 Rating*, the CEPL-1 enclosure withstands dirt and dust, and is resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 4.9 feet (1.5 meters) underwater for up to 30 minutes. The Enclosure Series is compatible with the HDPL Pop-Link Series.
- Made from anodized aluminum with stainless steel fasteners.
- Stainless steel mounting hardware for the HDPL-BALLBASE and compatible Keyence Scanners included.
